Jury ranking criteria for online shops registered with the GPeC 2007 competition concerned the following aspects:
- design & usability
- functionality
- content
- legal aspects
- customer experience
The GPeC 2007 jury members were (in alphabetical order):

- Dragos Dehelean – general manager Selenis
- Gabriel Boaca – sales manager Boom
- Lucian Despoiu – managing partner Kondiment
- Marius Deak – general manager Green Pixel
- Mirela Paraschiva – general manager First Data
The granted awards were structured in 3 main categories:
- Awards based on statistical data (figures offered by RomCard)
- Link 2 eCommerce Journalist of the Year awarded granted together with the Capital magazine
- Awards based on jury ranking assessment for the online shops registered with the GPeC 2007 competition
In the first category, the awards for e-commerce solution banks were granted both for issuing and for approval.
The winners were:
- “The highest number of merchants enrolled by a bank at the end of August 2007″ – Raiffeisen Bank with 44 enrolled merchants
- “The highest number of cards enrolled within 3D Secure system” – BRD-GSG with 1.207.136 cards enrolled
- “The highest number of cards active within the 3D Secure system” – Raiffeisen Bank with 2.336 cards enrolled
- “The highest average value of card transactions in e-commerce” – BRD-GSG (279 RON/transaction)
- “The highest number of cards enrolled in the 3D Secure system – Issuing without Approval” – Alpha Bank with 85.862 cards
- “The fewest bank chargebacks” – BCR
- “The highest processed volume. BANK OF THE YEAR IN E-COMMERCE” – BRD-GSG with an average volume of 2,3 million EUR/month
- “The best evolution of a bank as far as the time/performance rapport is concerned” – BRD-GSG
- “Merchant with the highest number of online card transactions” – Orange Romania with an average of 600 de transactions/day
The proprietary award for the E-Commerce journalist of the year was awarded by Link 2 eCommerce together with the Capital magazine and went to Bogdan Pencea from “Business Magazin” for his article “Retail meets Online”.
